These steels have very poor weldability. This dissimilar joit will have very low properties with any welding technology.

You can try to welds these steels using electrodes Zeller 655 or Zeller 663. Current depends on diameter of an electrod: 1,6 mm - 20-35 A, 2,0 mm 30 60 A, 2,5 mm 50 80 A, 3,2 mm 70 110 A, 4,0 mm 90 140 A, 5,0 mm 135 180 A
