I would consider adding melatonin to the bacterial lysate. If you do a rapid search in PubMed you'll find many reports conferming that melatonin may have an immunoemnhancing effect even in fishes. On the other hand, melatonin is also contained in plants.
Saponins are a natural adjuvant extracted from various plants and have been used as adjuvants in veterinary vaccines for a while

I agree with Dr. Brent's answer that within the herbal extract there are too many components that may not necessarily have an adjuvant effect on vaccines and many other components depending on their concentration could become toxic, others may even be immunogenic by themselves And that is not the effect you are looking for. The suggestion of the saponins seems excellent alternative.
