we deposition the P-I-N junction on ITO glass by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) and then coated the cell by silver paste to make the measurement on solar simulator.
when measurement the Current Isc and voltage Voc of amorphous silicon thin film solar cell (P-I-N) on solar simulator , it appears a poor current in some samples and it appears no voltage in some samples , how can solve this problem?

Could you display your measured I-V curve to detect the shortcomings in your solar cell structure? But have to be sure that the structure is not partially shorted by the metallization as pinholes may be formed.
So , you have to be sure that your structure must be almost free of pinholes.
The other factor which may kill the photogenerated electrons hole pairs is presence of many recombination centers because of the crystalographic defects.
When you display a complete I-V curve and a microscope picture with high resolution.

You mention that you get some current out of it! In your sun simulator or just with an Ampmeter? With IV (strongly recommended) you could check Rs and Rsh. Do you have other equipment in your lab like QE, IR, EL or PL?
Important here is to go very systematically and try to avoid as much as you can "induced errors" by trying to prepare as much as possible identical samples.
