I found one article where HCAHPS survey was translated to Arabic and proved to be a valid, reliable, and feasible tool for evaluation and benchmarking of inpatient satisfaction in Arabic speaking populations.

HCAHPS is internationally validated instrument. I suggest to do Back to back translation, reliability and factor analysis for the survey.
