During charging of a lithium-sulfur battery I observed a fluctuation in the cell voltage, as shown in the attachment. This fluctuation appears when I increase the C rate (at 0.2 or 0.5C) and disappears when the C-rate is lowered down back to 0.1C. Anyone knows what can be the reason for that?

At low cycle number(s), this fluctuation might have many, possible, originators' architects. If a digital oscilloscope is available, then some time recording windows of the cell V(t) will illuminate, more, the specific (one) originator. So, try to record, (alongside mapping, measuring in parallel) the correlated V(t) spotlight[1,2].
1. V(t) spotlight at a much high(er) time resolution(s), adjacent to usec scale(s).
