The elderly from age bracket 60 years and above can be engaged in Skills that are not involved in hard work because of their age
Elderly adults offer a whole range of expertise from their long experience. However, as necessary Lifelong Learners, they should be able to avail themselves of further opportunities to "reinvent" themselves to take part in new technologies and new opportunities to transfer their love of learning to new areas. Old age does not mean imminent death nor disinterest in addition learning.
Oh, this is such a great question. As it got so detailed and informative answers. Really appreciate it. Also, I have discovered an educational practice elder population and younger population come together in public space to discuss questions and exchange ideas, knowledge.
The older population has knowledge and expertise that is invaluable so I think this practice must be popularized to help spread global and local conversation for better futures and knowledge share. Hope my suggestion will heard out by the academia. Best.
