The applications of virtual reality have grown exponentially and can now be seen as low-cost ($30), mass produced games in chain stores.
But what do we know about the learning, training, and development outcomes in organisations? Have there been any systematic reviews on the effects in the different application areas?
I have seen the RG post (see link below), but have taken a systematic and comprehensive review in relation to learning/training/development in organisations other than education?
