Hi everyone, my colleagues and I have run a 2 (2 = low job availability; high job availability) X 3 (CSR environmental violation; CSR social violation; no change from original organizational description) between subjects design vignette study to better understand what happens when employees find out that their organization is not as CSR friendly as they thought when they joined. More specifically, we measure the psychological contract breach, affective commitment, trust in management and finally turnover intentions. We also measured importance of CSR to enter as a moderator of the relationship between violations and the attitudinal and turnover intentions variable. We also wanted to see if turnover intentions were also moderated by job availability. What I want to know is can I run this with a MANCOVA or should I set up six separate hierarachial regressions to test for moderation effects? I have run MANCOVA but it does not tell me differences between groups after controlling for CSR importance, only that overall, importance does not relate to the dvs but indivually, it varies for trust in management. Can this be modelled in SEM???

Thanks in advance for your advice.
