What are the options available for making small farms in India generate levels of income & surplus adequate to sustain a household. Any studies available on small farm economies?
agriculture forming in india is primarily dominated by small and marginal farmers who constitute around 83 percent of the total holdings. Over 56 % of the state population depends on agriculture with very less land holding. the viability of such small farmer can not be achieved unless alternate source of farming is not explored. the folloing link may be more useful for the study
