Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has ever come across a commercially available promoterless lacz vector for bacteria (ie I want to clone in a putative bacterial promoter and assay for lacz expression). I have found several, but they are for mammalian cells and already have a bacterial promoter. -- Also, it would be awesome if it has a phage attachment site!!
