Hi!

I am working on the cloning of a recombinant antibody (heavy and light chain) and i am looking for a vector to express this antibody in mammalian cells. I would like to know what would be the best vector to express both chains at high levels in mammalian cells: a bicistronic? a bidirectional? or both chain in separate vectors? is there any commercial vector for rec Antibody expression vectors?
