I have a sealed flask which I need to attach to a rotary vacuum pump to create pressures in the range 10-400 Torr.

The vacuum pump unfortunately doesn't have a vacuum gauge attached, so I have to work with theoretical approximations.

I know the initial pressure, volume of the vessel and the rate at which gases are being ejected from the vessel. Bernoulli's equation will not work as this is compressible fluid flow, so are there any other physical relations that I can use to calculate the pressure drop per unit time?
