In some cases i'm deciding to spend about 30 minutes in browsing my RG account to search for some issues, Just i'm finishing, have a look to the time!!!!! Oh two or three hours passed due to many interesting issues of different fields of physics or other interesting items. So what is your daily RG average time?
It is the same to me. It is around two hours. Some days when interesting things pop up dealing with my expertise then up to 3 hours (or even a bit more) will show up including 'googling' for special (full text) papers, making calculations and drawings which enter my answers.
It is a lot of time. But it is a good training job for my brain (being retired since a while).
In addition to Ahmed's answer: reply to questions and following discussions via RG messenger are in addition around 0,5 hours.

Typically, I'm like you, sometimes I spend more than 4 hours between RG pages. In addition, I receive e-mail notifications from RG to tell me for something, So I go to my RG page to see these notifications and replying of the urgent notifications or for responding for some requests.
