Using Tier 1 or 2 of the ERICA tool, can it determine an HQ for a terrestrial receptor for exposure to radionuclides in water & soil combined?

I am comparing options to evaluate site data using RESRAD or ERICA. I know RESRAD allows you to enter water (as drinking water) and soil radionuclide concentrations for the Tier 1 calculation. It is not clear to me if ERICA allows a combined media calculation. This is for ecological risk assessment purposes.
