Using live cell marker both BODIPY493/503 and lysotracker Red

By using BODIPY493/503 and Lysotracker Red, i'd like to perform LD and lysosome staining in live cells.

but i'm not sure it is a right way to use these reagents and methods.

if there are costaining puncta, is it okay to think about lipophagy or lipolysis?

Which reagent is best among 'Dimethylglyoxime" and "Dithiothreitol" for spectroscopic determination of Nickel ?

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
