If you do not consider the ground water flow contribution in total outflow, it is not hard to estimate total monthly or annual watershed outflow.

it will need rainfall, evaporation, DEM data.

if you want to include other parameters such as contribution of ground water in total outflow then you will need that data well as infiltration rate,

the more precise outflow you wish more data will need.
