Thermoelectric (TE) materials need high electrical conductivity, high Seebeck coefficient, and low thermal conductivity values at a particular temperature to get high TE performance (i.e. the figure of merit ZT) and are useful in higher efficiency TE devices. In this respect, can the high entropy alloys be useful?
