Grade 2 Hydronephrosis. The right ureter is maked by gases? US of abdomen and pelvis
Medical History: 53 Y Female with uterine prolapse.
The urologist asked for CT (non-contrast) to confirm that the prolapsed uterus is the main cause and to exclude any other abnormalities before the surgery (Vaginal hysterectomy).

and the previous 2 US scans didn't show any abnormalities within the kidney which were done 2.5 years ago.
