I'm working with facultative anaerobes. i have used anaerobic jar for incubation. do i need to use anaerobic jar for biochemical tests? please help
Farzana Masud Since you are using facultative anaerobes. I think there is no issue with taking sampling for biochemical tests as long as your jar can be accessed for sampling
