Urea Hydrochloride, a salt made with urea + hydrochloride, is not corrosive to skin based on internal testing as long as no water is present (water in the sweat on human skin might be an issue). Can we classify urea hydrochloride as non-corrosive per DOT and GHS standards based on our own internal testing, or do we need to have a 3rd party test? How best to avoid liability issues?
