Unstable reference gene of qpcr and the cell death.Is there any connection between them?

我的实验组的qpcr数据，实验组的内参ct值大于对照组，是否是由于凋亡导致的内参表达下调呢，是否有解决办法，我采用了多种内参，β-actin，Tbp,Rplp0,但实验组都下调了。The qPCR data of my experimental group showed that the internal reference CT value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Is it due to downregulation of internal reference expression caused by apoptosis? Is there a solution? I used multiple internal references, β-actin，Tbp, Rplp0, But the experimental group was all down regulated. Thanks
