We had been observing 62 year old patient, female who holds 3 big long-hair dogs in her appartment. She complainted of fatigue, fever up to 39.0 C. During investigation we revealed bilateral pleural effusions and pericardial effusion (up to 400-450 ml with no signs of cardiac tamonade). Several complete blood counts showed moderate eosinophilia 6-15% from total WBC. Migrated (from shoulder to wrist) indurated cutaneus erythema of left arm 10x5 cm was detected. We performed biopsy of a musculocutaneous flap from the affected arm (under erythema area) and obtained this unusual picture (eosin, haematoxylin, x400).

We would be grateful for any help in identification of these 'guests'.
