In my System there is Facebook profile search and Twitter profile search.
In my profile searching for both social media suppose i put one name Narendra Modi.That search should be display in both the social media search.So how can i know that Narendra Modi profile is the same person in both the social platform.

I believe that you are referring to the prime minister of India? And whether a profile is an "official" profile or a fake that someone else has created?
The official accounts of a public person should be researchable. Look on the government website for the official. You may not be able to tell just from looking at the social media profile.
Sir prime minster of india i take it as an example suppose take your name Michael Marek if i can search in both social media can i know that which your official account and link it?
