In almost every country, every society, every family, every religion, have continuous efforts to educate others/people. There are general education, professional education, technical education, religious education and so on. What is/are the ultimate outcome of education?
The disseminating of knowledge between a group of people who need to know it?
I loved this question. To me, education is a continuous transformation process. The objective is to develop someone as human being first, then to transform him/her into a better human being by imparting knowledge, skill and improving his/her competencies.
Very good question.From a social science perspective changes in knowledge,skill,attitude and other attributes is the major focal point of education.Above all the qualities of a good human being to be brought about through education.
A) better income by learning, in the beginning;
B) better quality of life by wisdom, in the end.
The end result of education is the realization of a happy life and development for human societies
Very simply --- for one to discover oneself.
In doing so one provides the foundation for her/his
o Belief,
o Love, and
o Hope
from which provides the mechanism for her/his journey through life
to overcome their encounters with the
o lie
o hate, and
o despair
Thus through one's continual education (being both formal and informal)
the road becomes "less traveled" and hence QMH will have been achieved.
