Two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's test: Multiple comparisons vs homogeneous subsets. Which one is more appropriate?

after running a 2 way anova and a post hoc test, in my case Tukey's. SPSS gives you two tables with different results: 1st Multiple comparison and a following table with Homogeneous subsets. I do wonder which one I should get into considerations. it seems like different papers say different things.
