I am getting Numerical singularity and zero pivot warnings while running the model and it did not converse. But, If I changed to beam profile and B31 elements it was running.
what could be the reason for that? how to make a model to be run with truss elements? Can anyone suggest me........
It is not clear from your question what type of configuration you are using for lattice tower and under which software you are analyzing the same.
However, for truss elements mean either tension or compression type members. If you are having only tension type then this may be a wrong assumption.
For wire elements probability of only tension type will be possible?
