Long before Trumpism, the greatest stream of legal immigrants to the US were informatics experts from all over the world. Of course, unemployed American industrial workers could not fill these job market gaps. Like Artur Braun , I do not share your wording about the young people; in any case, at the time of this new economy (informatics) wave, they were not even in kindergarten.
It is best for everyone to respect the possibility and efficiency of others and not to be dragged into the provocative and blind hatred of the other.

Tech stocks is reasonable and thanks to US of A they made it popular . It is not about race (Asians or otherwise) it is about opportunity . When that stops opening new doors then capitalism will have a backlash else "so far so so good" :)
Political slogans addressed to voters do not always translate into a "free market" and economic realities. Many of the politicians' declarations are populism. What the politician says and what he does are two different things.

Even so, I think that the relationships between countries should be more based on cooperation than competition. As Isam Omran says " It is best for everyone to respect the possibility and efficiency of others and not to be dragged into the provocative and blind hatred of the other."

The USA is country of foreigners and the current administration will last at most 8 years! The USA will continue to thrive by attracting quality people from across the globe. You can't talk about the future of America based on the actions of one leader!
President Trump is doing steps for achievement of 'Democratic values' in associated political system as 'Law of Nature' implictly states basic rights of lands or any political achievements shall be with original inhabitants.
'Globalisation' via 'Freedoms' for invitation to best brains globally promotes country over global platform & in parallel compress rights of original inhabitants & balance of parameters is vital for achievement of 'Sustainability' with population.

Their ancestors reached there only @ 200 years ago. They went there mainly from some European countries and occupied the country by killing many "original inhabitants" brutally.

I don't believe they are lazy maybe over-pampered because they see foreigners working for them. Maybe now is the time American youths wake up and make a change. Trump is going great in that section though he should do it with caution not to create unemployment within foreigners' circle.
Much of what Trump says is rhetoric. And may be applicable only for unskilled migrants. He seems to have popular support in restricting the number of immigrants; as the original settlers from Europe may see that the non-whites are outnumbering them. We should consider that when we say about free market economy it applies about the unrestricted flow of capital and commodities, not about other facto of production i.e. the labor.
The economies of the vast majority of democratic countries are mainly based on private Company. The private Company obviously has to look first of all at the gain. Therefore Trump or any other president can say what he wants but are the managers of the companies that decide how, who and when to hire highly qualified personnel and they always do it regardless of nationality. If an engineer or any other professional can significantly benefit my company I take it immediately even if Martian, Vulcan or Venusian. The important thing is that it is not moody! :)
