There is a big emphasis on transcribing data in qualitative studies. I believe this is a good practice but I guess we may ignore some people who are more auditory than visual. Therefore, listening several times to the recordings and applying coding and taking a note of that could work the same as transcribing for people who have a visual style of learning. So, souldn't we accept that people have different learning styles, which they apply to the process of data analysis?
