I have normalized inputs and outputs for above neural network but when i ask output by making one of rows of input mTrix zero,i get alloutput rows identical.if anyone has solved such a problem plz share code?

Update the weights appropriately, incremental value should be small, more number of iterations, observe the error. If errror keep decreasing iterate more number of times. If error os oscillating between some range it may not converge

You can try different network. Select network based on your application. Also, make sure that you have sufficient dataset.
