Actually i am working on a actuator controlled laser pointer on a a screen.I feed the neural network with laser pointers coordinate on a screen as input and corresponding actuators position as output.(Practically on moving actuator the laser pointer moves.).I want the network to provide me actuator position as i enter my target laser position to the network.
I used fitnet but i am getting vague answers.Please anyone help me??
First question is if you are given enough points for Matlab to converge in a solution. Second question is if you are giving the proper parameters for Matlab comands.

There are lots of parameters in any neural network that effects the overal quality of the results. For instance the number of hidden layers, neuron number in that hidden layers, type of transfer functions, learning function type, training number etc.. If you give more details I believe that more exact answers can be given to your question..
