Hello. I'm trying to measure trabecular bone morphology such as tb.th, tb.sp, BV/TV..etc.
I tried with some softwares; ImageJ(BoneJ plug-in), Amira 6.0, CtAn(Bruker)
I couldn't figure out how to do with Amira because of hard operation..
I could get the measurement from ImageJ and CtAn but only possible with cross-section image.
Like the image attached(image reference: Accuracy and precision of digital volume correlation in quantifying displacements and strains in trabecular bone),
is there any way to measure with 3d structure itself?(Or is it just the average value of every single cross-section?..)

You can measure 3-D trabecular bone morphology by using Image J.
Please recheck that you successfully load the 3-D model in Image J.
( File-Import-Image sequence/ Process-Binary-Make Binary/ Plugins-BoneJ-.....)

Dragonfly has a complete Bone Analysis plugin that will allow you to measure the 3D structure. Here is the link to the video tutorial :
