HI, thank you for the answer. There is 57 samples, it is different forms of pituitary adenomas and control samples . I have to test everything blindly, so I would not know, at list in the beginning where the controls and where real samples .

will be glad to have advice which tool to use to detect up and down regulated genes in this population of samples
