Hi all. We bought inhibitors of both the toll-like receptor and C-type lectin receptor signaling pathways, namely IRAK1, TBK1/IKKε and MALT1 inhibitors. Our goal is to use these on dendritic cells. Any ideas about the concentration range we are looking at? and what would be the best solvent for them? Thanks!
