In order to answer this question, to what extent is the Law Indeterminate? It has to know the legal framework and classification of laws, according to their scope and its validity of application:

1) SPACE and validity in terms of Extension = GENERAL AND LOCAL

2) TEMPORARY Scope and of validity = DETERMINED and INDETERMINED

3) PERSONAL scope and validity in terms of Targeting = ABSTRACT AND INDIVIDUALIZED

4) Scope MATERIAL and of validity in Law = PRIVATE AND PUBLIC

Regarding the question that occupies to what extent is the Law Indeterminate? and which corresponds to the Temporal scope; this refers to the length of time during which the standard will be in force.

a) Of Indeterminate validity: does not establish date for its culmination.

 Example: Civil Code, Penal Code, Constitution.

b) Of Determined duration: When the term of its duration has been indicated. Example: the enabling law, the labor immobility law.

Para poder responder a esta pregunta ¿Hasta que punto es la Ley Indeterminada? Se tiene que conocer el marco jurídico y la clasificación de las leyes, de acuerdo a su ámbito y a su validez de aplicación:

1) Ámbito ESPACIAL y de validez en cuanto a Extensión = GENERALES Y LOCALES

2) Ámbito TEMPORAL y de validez en cuanto a Vigencia = DETERMINADA e INDETERMINADA

3) Ámbito PERSONAL y de validez en cuanto a Orientación del Objetivo = ABSTRACTAS  E INDIVIDUALIZADAS

4) Ámbito MATERIAL y de validez en cuanto a Derecho = PRIVADO Y PUBLICO

Respecto a la pregunta que ocupa ¿Hasta que punto es la Ley Indeterminada? y que corresponde al ámbito temporal; esta se refiere al lapso de tiempo durante el cual la norma estará en vigencia.

a) De vigencia indeterminada: no establece fecha para su culminación.

 Ejemplo: Código Civil, Código Penal, Constitución.

b) De vigencia determinada: Cuando se tiene señalado el termino de su duración. Ejemplo: la ley habilitante, la ley de inamovilidad laboral.
