Covidence is simple to use, and makes the process of duplicate screening easy (showing the conflicts). It isn't the fastest to use for the first cull, as it shows you both the title and abstract at the same time, and for some topics, it's more efficient to go through just the titles first. So for larger systematic reviews where you have a lot of irrelevant titles to go through, I prefer Rayyan instead.
