You can dissolve the powder in an isopropanol. After ultrasonication for ~10 min in an ultrasonic bath, dispose some droplets with the liquid onto a TEM grid covered by carbon or lacey carbon. After drying process in air for ~30 min, you can proceed with TEM studies.

You may consider ultrasonication at different time points e.g 5, 10, 15 min. sometime coagulation/agglomeration of particles cause trouble to get a good TEM result.
