In most cases, though, the Rf values of optical isomers are so similar that they are not practically distinguishable using TLC alone. Other analytical techniques, like chiral chromatography or polarimetry, are often employed to differentiate and quantify enantiomers accurately.
IF they were chemically pure, then true enantiomers would have the same Rf by achiral analysis. Enantiomers have the same formula and 'general' structure (but in different planes). Your compounds may not be chirally or chemically pure, or perhaps not true enantiomers (no way to be sure without proper analysis).
Note: When analyzed using an appropriate method, "Isomers" would have the same chemical formula, but different structures, often resulting in different Rf.
Thank you William letter, I recommend your suggestion & I belive in your last two lines in this case. May be these are not True' enantiomers. Suggest if i do temperature dependant NMR to clarify.
