Hello. I am doing a master's degree in business administration. I want to do a thesis on social CRM. However, I could not find exactly where to work from this subject. I want to study this issue from the perspective of consumers and from Covid-19, but I have not been able to create exactly how to work. Do you have any different suggestions?

Start with searching for what was published in this field. It is beneficial to read previous research. It will help to find a research gap and formulate your topic.
If you google by typing (CRM after COVID-19 Pdf), you will find many articles discussing this topic and relating it to other variables also.

I have been supervising on Masters' students final thesis on similar topics. Keeping an open-mind and staying focused towards work are essential.
Perhaps you can consider 'Enhancing customers' brand loyalty level through SCRM during the covid-19 Era' or 'Implementing SCRM during covid-19 Era: a process framework focusing a particular industry'.

I totally agree with what was suggested, Ayşegül Kaçar. Aside from Google, you can check Google Scholar, begin with Social CRM then narrow it down as you read through different literatures.
