There are different growth rate regarding blue-white colony screening in two plates having two different genes. Though there has been used the same competent cell for two different genes for transformation. Size of the two genes differs. But they are placed into same vector.

I can't give you a definitive answer, more information would help, but here's a thought:
if the genes are cloned in the same direction as the lacZ or lacZa gene (depending on vector) then you could be getting some expression of the protein they code for. There's a couple of possibilities: that one of these is expressed and the other not thus changing the metabolic burden between the two constructs. Or one of the genes is to some extent toxic to the cells thus reducing the cell growth.
If you grow the cells without (IPTG?) induction for the blue/white selection do you still see the same effect?

This problem can also occur during growth in liquid medium or streaking on new LB plates, without induction. Perhaps the lacZ system is always a bit leaky and this poor growth is caused by 'toxicity' as explained by Richard.
Actually the transformation has been done in DH5-alfa strain after ligating in pGEMT vector..insert size varies for two plates i.e. 425bp and 1.3 kB
