Theoretical question: consciousness formation under LSD supply from birth?

What will theoretically happen, if we will rise say a monkey (from first days) with constant supply of LSD? Will its brain adapt and its "consciousness" will be formed to work in this "mode"? Will it behave "normally" compared to non-LSD monkeys? What will happen if we will abolish LSD after years (if it will live till there)?
