How can I support the ionic conductivity obtained from EIS measurement for polymer electrolytes system?
Is any theoretical model or calculation to calculate theoretical ionic conductivity to support our results?
Polymer electrolytes system that I've prepared consist of Poly(ethyl methacrylate) as polymer host and 1- Ethyl- 3- methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide ionic liquid.

Yes, you can go for the fitting of your impedance data using the fitting software. That will give you the equivalent circuit having some combination of resistance, capacitance and constant phase element. That will surely provide some insight to your query..As bulk resistance value is required for verification...that can be obtained from fitting circuit.

Anil and Hamed are both right, the method of choice is the Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy. You will have to identify that part of the response that is due to the bulk of your electrolyte (higher frequencies). The real part of the measured impedance in this frequency region is frequency independent and corresponds directly to the resistance/Admittance(conductivity) of the electrolyte. Whether the conductivity derived is solely due to the ions you seem to infer, is another matter. If this is not the case, more extensive EIS characterisation will be needed.
