THEMIS images from "Mars Odyssey" spacecraft. How to get temperature data?

Dear collegs,

I'm working on Mars data. THEMIS (Thermal Emission Imaging System) onboard on "Mars Odyssey" spacecraft.

To make a thermal images I'm using JMars software, but this program does not allow to download an image. Is it possible to use some different software (mayby ISIS3) to make images with thermal data and georeferencing?
