I need an experiment where test subject pilots start in the same situation at the cruise level of a flight.  X-Plane loads saved situations without the autopilot state, FMC programming and such .  The plane loads with alarm bells and warning lights flashing even though the situation was saved in normal flight conditions.  This is a vital need for my experiment and I'll have to find another simulation program if there is no solution.  I'm flying the x737NG800 using x737FMC as they are needed for accuracy and the stock 737 and FMC built into X-Plane is not accurate enough.  As far as I know, the same thing happens when using the stock aircraft and FMC.  Does anyone know a solution?
