The theory of relativity

I just had a hypothesis after reading an article about the cern super collider. If the researchers placed a small matrix of human cells in a metal sphere inside the collider and accelerated it at near the speed of light it might be possible to demonstrate that einstein's theory of relativity was correct or incorrect. I think it is food for thought!
