The spidergram normalization for felsic rocks, primitive mantle or N-MORB?

I have seen so many published articles normalizing the felsic rocks to primitive-mantle. Surprisingly a reviewer suggested that all felsic rocks should be normalized to N-MORB.

Between Primitive and N-MORB values which one is the best to normalize felsic rocks and why.
