if we use integrated area from Origin , is the unit of integrated area cm2 representing charge in coulomb or we have to change into m2 by dividing with 100*100?
The integrated area of a CV curve gives you information about the amount of charge stored in the system! If you are interested in calculating the specific capacitance (whether areal, gravimetric or volumetric), then you need to divide the total capacitance by total area, mass or volume of the cell/electrode(s).
I have put together the following file to help you understand the concept of CV, the specific capacitance formula and why the CV curve has a rectangular shape theoretically. The file includes some helpful references.
It is worth noting that, the more distorted the CV curve is, the less reliable the capacitance value calculated based on the curve becomes.
