The secret of happiness comes from within not without. It lies in our daily actions. Mahatma Gandhi rightly cracks the byzantine meaning of happiness when he states, “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
The secret of happiness exists in each and every mind to how they look into. But in general, the real secret of happiness exists in our family with well wishers, good minds, pleasant words and heartfull love and affection.

Conjunctively with Reza Biria, I believe true happiness is intrinsic. It comprises one's extrinsic circumstances and self-actualization. All of which is relative to cognitive positioning and actions amid current states of consciousness. For example, worldviews determine how one perceives self-worth, so expect a person functioning from a position of "being" to experience happiness more consistently.
We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.
True happiness comes from within. If it appears to be created by external factors or stimuli it can only be temporary. Contentment is one of the keys to be at peace and be happy. As the Buddha said, "desire is the root cause of suffering," which is so true. With the proliferation of media, technology and advertising people in developing countries are bombarded with advertisements for products that they had never seen before and were content without them. Now with advertising it puts a desire in their minds and with no or little means to obtain the products this leads to unhappiness.
True happiness is intrinsic in nature. In other words when if we have kind soul and heart, when we spread smiles and happiness from our inner, it bounce back to us.
Very true. I strongly agree with you. We must be thankfull to Almighty Allah for wahta he bestowed to us. Happiness is not all about to have material world, but it is about to serve humanity even when if you have materials or not.
The secret of happiness lies in one's own heart. The heart and mind responds differently for one person to other. This is the sense of feeling felt. This can only be got by making ourself comfortable and relaxed.
I agree with you. But according to research work, you can't keep yourself happy until and unless u harm others or you don't provide your services for humanity.
