Anyone knows the functional email contact information of "Emotional Maturity Scale (Singh & Bhargawa, 1990)" where I can seek permission to use it in my current research?
Same case was happened to one of my student. If the reference is too old you can use it without written permission by giving the proper citation and reference and credit to the given authors.

sir, actually I want to use the translated version of this scale. its psychometrics are well established and the translated version is available in the institute but the institute is not issuing that translated version until the original author permits me to use the scale but the author's email is not functional.
