I would have left a long time ago. Still, with the ugly discrimination, harassment, unhealthy place, and cheating for my own money, I would not leave until I get the money they owe me and the damage of the way they treat me -- The money is not the issue -- I am a US Citizen, a well-known scientist, and engineer, I am not a criminal and will win with God's will.

I suffered a lot.

I tried everything, such as

Complaints to Avana San Jose Management and every time I explain to them – they say, "Stop threatening us," or I get no answer services.

Received nasty emails, and I reply nicely to them

I received notes of evacuation from their lawyer (In San Francisco) and from emails listed below.

I contacted a lawyer "Thomas Skinner," from Skinner Law Group, San Jose, and he said to pay the money; otherwise, I would not find any place to live and pay $110 for less than 10. Minutes.

I wrote to an extensive list of organizations, media, and individuals (See the list below), and I told them a partial list of crime agonists with a lot of evidence,

I did not receive anything of value.

Avana San Jose: The Tenant who is the Landlord's Victim

Maya Angelou said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, will forget what you did, but will never forget how you made them feel." I felt terrible when I moved to a new apartment. I met issues with the apartment owner due to negligence and delays in maintenance dates, which led to huge losses and damage to my stock of food inside the freezer for more than three months, which increased my financial burden. Moreover, the people there could have been more cooperative. They refused to carry my things or purchases into the apartment because it was on the second floor. Not to mention the racist behavior against me in emails and correspondence, as if there were an organization or paid people behind it.

To make matters worse, they sent me a petition from their attorney demanding 420$ in fees, which I had nothing to do with. I called my attorney for twenty minutes of legal advice over the phone for 110 dollars. He advised me to pay the amount and that there was no need for problems because I could not buy or rent a house if l did not pay. The amount has now reached one thousand dollars, in addition to the losses resulting from neglect of maintenance, estimated at five hundred dollars. It cost me over 12oo$. The apartment rent is about three thousand dollars per month. You paid it on time. I have the case number filed against them at the police station because the apartment affected my health. Moreover, I asked them to repair it at my own expense. Still, they refused, and no one listened to me, so I decided to leave this place if l received all my dues in total and had an official certificate from them guaranteeing my residence in an apartment suitable for human living.

This book contains the ugly practices of Avana San Jose Rental properties. If you are a senior citizen with special needs or an immigrant, predominantly a Muslim, then you are in big trouble regarding finding a decent place to rent. You must buy it if you can. Unfortunately, I could not because I am broke and under collective injustice from everywhere.
