You need to provide a lot more information: for example, column size and type, solvents and solvent delivery programme, flow rate, injection size, sample dissolution solvent, detector, identity of the drug, stability of the drug and how was the sample stored? Were the samples and the standards dissolved in the same solvent? How "clean" was your sample - could there be a matrix effect? If you were using a UV/Vis detector, was the sample absorbance the same as the standard? There are many possibilities as to the cause of your problem. Copies of chromatograms would also be useful.
